This poster (20x32”) was designed to raise awareness and understanding for National Hijab Day. Portrays women of varying skin tones expressing themselves and their faith through their choice to wear a hijab. Created as a promotional poster with calls to action to learn more about the movement.
The poster was designed in Illustrator and Photoshop with sampled textiles to show the range of expression and international diversity of Muslim women. Uses grid structure, center-alignment, and repetition to create sense of unity and balance in composition.
